Is the pricing on Agency Who’s Who including or excluding GST?

The prices are all in New Zealand dollars and are excluding GST of 15%, which will be added at the point of purchase.

 

How can I sign up to use Agency Who’s Who?

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO ADVERTISE: Go to the ‘Advertise with us’ link in top menu. Select either a Listing or Banner option, plus the level you would like, and then click the ‘Sign Up’ button. Fill out all fields; write down your username and password for future reference; choose the best payment gateway for your requirements; and follow the steps to finish the process.

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO BROWSE: To sign up as a visitor go to ‘Sign in / Register’ link in the top menu. Fill out all the fields and click ‘Create Account’. From that point you will be able to browse the website and bookmark/save listings that interest you.

 

How does the ‘Sign me in automatically’ work?

The ‘Sign me in automatically’ is optional. It saves your username and password on your computer and every time you access the page, you will automatically be logged in.

 

What happens if I forget my password?

If you forget your password, please click on the ‘Forgot your Password?’ link on the Sign In page. A password recovery email will be sent to the email address provided in your Contact Information. The email will contain a link which will redirect you to the ‘Manage Account’ section, where your password can be updated.

 

How can I change my password?

After you are logged in, click on ‘Account Settings’ link. You will see the ‘Current Password’ field, type your current password in this field and your new password where indicated, then hit the Submit button.

 

Can I change my username?

Yes, you can do that by going to ‘Manage account’ > ‘Account Settings’ and typing your new email.

 

Can I change the level of my listing (e.g. Basic, Standard or Premium)?

Yes, you can. After your listing has expired you can choose a new level and pay for it. If you are currently on the Basic (free) level, you can change your level any time.

 

Am I required to have an account to add listings, job ads or advertising banners to the site?

Yes. In order to add any item to Agency Who’s Who, including Basic (free) listings, you must have an account.

 

How can I bookmark my favourite agencies?

1. Click on ‘Sign In’ in top right corner. 2. Register or sign in if you already have an account (remember your login email address and password for future use). 4. When you find an agency that you are interested in, select the bookmark (‘add this item to favourites’) icon next to the agency’s name. Your favourites will be saved in your profile (top right corner). You can delete them from your profile at any stage.

 

Why am I receiving an ‘Account Locked’ message?

If you attempt to access your account and type in an incorrect password 5 times, the account will lock for 1 hour. This is for security reasons. Please try again later, or reset your password (see above).

How do I claim a listing?

  1. Search for your company name via the search bar. Go to the listing.
  2. What you see is a ‘Basic’ listing. You can claim that listing and keep it at the Basic level (for free), or you claim your listing and upgrade it to Standard or Premium. You can upgrade at the point of claiming your listing, or at any later stage.
  3. Click on the link ‘Is this your listing?’ in the header area.
  4. If you already have an Agency Who’s Who account, sign in. If you do not yet have an account click on ‘Register’ and fill in your details, then sign in using your new password.
  5. Click ‘Next’ if you wish to keep your listing at the Basic level, or choose to upgrade to either Standard or Premium (you can click on the blue link for ‘detail page’ so you can see what a sample upgraded listing page looks like).
  6. Fill in the additional information fields according to the plan you have selected (there will be different fields for Basic, Standard and Premium). Please note that some information for your listing such as cover image, image gallery, video, additional file and badges will be available to complete only after your claim request is approved by the Agency Who’s Who administrator.
  7. You will be able to preview what your listing will look like from your dashboard.
  8. When you are finished, select ‘Billing’ from the drop down menu, then ‘check out’.
  9. Your claim will then be sent to the administrator to approve. Please allow up to 24 hours for an email response. If you feel an approval is taking too long, then please contact [email protected]
  10. Once your claim has been approved you will be able to log back into your account and finish uploading your information, and you can change your details at any stage.

 


 

How do I fill in the listing information?

This listing overview will help you complete your listing information. The only compulsory section is ‘City’ – you may leave any of the other fields blank if you choose.

The following examples are for a Premium level listing. If you find that you cannot see any of the following sections, it will most likely be because you have either a Basic or Standard listing selected. You are able to upgrade your listing level at any stage.

Agency Name: The business name you are trading under.

Listing Level: Choose from Basic, Standard or Premium.

Categories: You can choose one category for Basic, up to three categories for Standard, and up to 10 categories for Premium.

Account: Your Agency Who’s Who account.

Status: ‘Active’ means that the listing will be visible on the Agency Who’s Who site. If this says 'pending' at any stage, it means that the administrator still has to approve something on your listing. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response. If you feel an approval is taking too long, then please contact [email protected]

Renewal date: The date your next payment is due.

Disable Claim Feature: Tick this box if you do not wish anyone else to ‘claim’ your listing.

Summary description: In 250 characters (including spaces) or less sum up the core of your service offering. This summary will be visible whenever your listing appears in search results or if your listing appears in a ‘Featured Listings’ section.

Description: This appears on your listing page (under the summary description). You can write a fair amount of text in this section, so it’s a good opportunity to detail your service offering. The only things you can’t do are make words bold/italic, or add links. If you wish to separate the paragraphs, please add an extra line space.

Keywords: Select up to 10 words that you think people might use to search for a company like yours.

Contact information / Email: There will be a ‘send a message’ function on your listing page which people can use to message you. The email address that you supply will receive any message that you are sent.

URL: Your website URL. Please use the full URL including ‘http://...’ or ‘https://...’

Phone number: The landline or mobile of your main contact person, including your city code (e.g. 09 555 5555). For premium listings you are able to add in a second contact phone number.

Listing Level: Basic, Standard or Premium.

Address: Company address. Please do not include your city in this section.

Zip Code: New Zealand zip code for the address you have supplied.

Country: This has already been hard-coded ‘New Zealand’.

City: Where your business is located (this is a compulsory field).

Reference: You would only need to put something in here if your office is particularly difficult to find and you need to give directions, or perhaps suggest parking options.
 
Social Networks:
Facebook page URL: include the full URL, such as https://www.facebook.com/businessnamehere/
Instagram URL: include the full URL, such as https://www.instagram.com/businessnamehere/
Twitter URL: include the full URL, such as https://twitter.com/businessnamehere

Hours: What hours are you open. You will need to complete each day separately.

Type of company: Choose one from Agency / Studio / Freelancer / Solopreneur / Consultant / Media Owner / Other

Number of Staff:  This is a text field, so you could write up to 250 characters including spaces.

Client Testimonial: This field appears as one single paragraph, so you could write one testimonial in here comfortably. Please note that any paragraph breaks will be removed automatically.

SEO:
Title: Will automatically fill in the same as your company name.
Page name: Will automatically fill in the same as your company name.
SEO Keywords: You can use the same keywords (up to 10) as you used earlier.

Promotional Code: Add your promotional/discount code here if you have one.

Photo Gallery: You can upload up to four photos for Standard Listings, and up to eight photos for Premium listings. Basic listings are unable to display photos. Photos are an effective way of displaying examples of your work. You will be able to select your feature image, which will appear in search results and wherever your listing may appear under ‘Feature Listings’. If you do not have images of your work, you could upload a photo of yourself or perhaps select a stock image that suits your company. Listings with at least one image attached will stand out over and above a Basic listing with no images. Please note: this is not the area to upload your logo.
Image size: Each image is to be 1024px wide x 768px high (jpg, gif or png - note: animated gifs not supported. 5MB file size maximum).

Cover image: Cover image: The cover image appears at the top of your listing page, behind your company name and contact details. After you upload your cover image, the programme automatically applies a grey layer over the top in order that your company name and other text stand out. Therefore, please make sure that the image you supply is not too dark. If you do not have a cover image this area will be solid black. Listings with a cover image stand out considerably more than those which do not have an image. It is highly recommended that you take advantage of this feature. You can obtain a free, high quality image, by clicking the 'Unsplash' button next to 'Cover Image', or by separately visiting unsplash.com, downloading an image, then uploading it to the Agency Who's Who listing.
Image size: 1920px wide x 480px high (jpg, gif or png - note: animated gifs not supported. 5MB file size maximum).

Logo image: This appears on your listing page. Please supply your logo with a white background so that it can easily be seen in the header area. A logo with a transparent background (e.g. saved as a .png file) may not stand out too well in the header.
Image size: 96px wide x 96px high (jpg, gif or png - note: animated gifs not supported. 5MB file size maximum).

Video: You are able to feature one video on your listing page. This is particularly good for a promotion showreel/sizzle reel, thought leadership video, or anything else you like.
Video URL (YouTube or Vimeo only): please supply the full URL, such as https://youtu.be/bxK8gLtY4X2
Video Description: (short explanation or title of video)

Additional file: You can upload one additional file to the listing if you choose to, e.g. further information about your company, etc.
File types can be pdf, doc, docx, txt, jpg, gif or png.
